Unfortunately it is currently not possible to pick up your order. We are thinking about making this possible in the future.
At the moment we don't have a store. You can only order online.
You can contact us daily by phone: 06-53 41 51 93. We are reachable every working day (monday-friday) from 09:00 till 17:00. You can also reach us via the contact form. You will get a response within 24 hours.
Brigitte Dam.com takes the security of your personal data very seriously. All your data is sent over a secure connection via a SSL connection. Your details will only be used for processing your order. With your approval, you can be kept up to date with newsletters. Naturally your personal data will not be given to third parties.

My Account

You can create an account when you are completing your order. When you have put your items in your shopping cart and click on 'Proceed to checkout' button you will get a summary page where you can enter your address information. Under this address you see "Create an account? '. When you tick the box made for this question, you have created an account.
Forgetting a password happens to all of us at one time or another. You can easily request a new password by holding your mouse over the text 'My account' at the top of the website on the left. When you do this a submenu will appear and you will see 'Forgot your password?'. Here you will be able to get a new password.

If you want to change your address, you can do so by logging into your account. You do this by clicking the top left website. 'My Account' Then you will be redirected to your account where you can see your information. At the bottom of this page you will see your shipping and billing address. This can be changed by clicking 'Edit' to the right of the column. You will be redirected to a new page where you can customize your information. Finally click on 'Save Address'. If you can't figure it out or if something is not working, you can always contact us and then we will help you change your information.

You can also, if you are already logged in, change your address by holding your mouse over the word 'My Account' at the top left of the screen. You will see a submenu appear which includes 'Change Address'. Click on it and easily update your address as described above.

My order

As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. When you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will also get an email confirming you have paid your order. After this we will complete your package as soon as possible and the moment we ship it, you will get another mail confirming your order has been sent to you.

When you have placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation mail, something probably went wrong. In this case it is best to contact us as soon as possible so there will not be (much) delay. You can contact us via the contact form.
You can always cancel your order during the ordering process. If youalready have placed your order (and paid), please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form. When your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can still cancel it for you.
Have you already placed your order and paid for it? And you still want to add another product to your order without having to pay double shipping? Please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible via the contact form. If your order has not been shipped yet, it can be added to your order.

Ordering

Placing an order is fairly easy with the shop of Brigitte Dam.com.

When you are on a product page of a product you want to buy, first choose the amount of products you would like to order. After this click the button that says 'Add to cart'.
After this you will see a bar appearing at the top of the product page stating that you have put the product in your cart. You can view your cart directly from here by clicking 'View Cart'. Of course you can also first shop some more. You can view your cart at any time by clicking 'Shipping cart' at the top left of the screen.

When you are done shopping and like to pay your order, go to your shopping cart as shown above. Here you can still adjust the amount of products you would like to order. You can either add more products by adjusting the quantity on the right of the product. Or you can remove a product by clicking the right cross on the left of the product. If you have changed something in your shopping cart, click 'Update cart' to adjust your order total.

In your shopping cart you can also apply your coupon here, if you have one. And you can view your subtotal, taxes, shipping costs and the overall total of your order. If everything is in order, you can proceed to checkout by clicking 'Proceed to checkout'.

Here you will see another option to add your coupon code, if you have one. When you already have an account, you will see your billing and shipping address right here. If you are new, you will need to fill these forms out. You can also change your existing billing and shipping address if they have changed.

And finally you can choose your payment method and, of course, pay.

After this you will immediately get a confirmation mail. When you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, your order will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment. Of course we will inform you when we receive your payment.

If something is not working or you need help, you can always contact us via the contact form. You will get a response within 24 hours.
As soon as you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation mail. After this we will package your order as soon as possible. The moment we send it you will get another confirmation mail.

When you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, you will get an extra confirmation mail after we have received your payment. As soon as your payment has been received, we will send your order.

When you receive an error message and you have not gotten a confirmation mail or paid for your order, you can just order your product(s) again.

After placing an order you get the information you need to transfer this amount. Once we receive the amount you will receive a confirmation and we will send the product as soon as possible to you. This is only possible when you live in the Netherlands. If you live outside the Netherlands, you can always use Paypal to transfer money. Paypal Paypal is also a well-known and safe payment method. And the great advantage of PayPal is the possibility of using your creditcard. We recommend using Paypal if you live outside the Netherlands. Delivery

The average delivery time is 2 to 3 working days when the order is placed before 17:00. In most cases the delivery time is shorter, only in some case the jewelry has to be adjusted to the right size. These delivery times count only for shipping within the Netherlands. When you want to ship abroad, go to 'Abroad' section of the frequently asked questions, below.

Return and exchange

When you have changed your mind about the product you have ordered, you can exchange it after consultation with us about it. You need to let us now that you want to exchange your product within 14 days after receiving it. Please note that earrings cannot be exchanged do to hygiene rules.

If you want to exchange your product you must tell us this via the contact form on the website. Here you can immediately indicate why you want to exchange the item and the other item you want. Once we have received your request to exchange, we will send you the necessary information for returning the product including a pdf-file which you have to print out and send along with your product. The shipping costs are generally for your own account.
Once we have received the returned product, including the required pdf-file, you will receive a confirmation mail from us and your new product will be send as soon as possible.

When your product you want to exchange is more expensive than the new product you would like to receive, you will get the remaining amount within 10 working days back.
When your product you want to exchange is less expensive than the new product you would like to receive, you will need to pay the remaining amount. Once we have received this amount, we will send your new product.
You can return your order within 14 days after you have received your order. Please note that earrings cannot be exchanged do to hygiene rules.

Warranty & Repairs

You have a warranty of 30 days. This warranty does mean that you used the jewelry normal and have put the maintenance advice in to use.

Within this period, your product will be repaired without any extra costs. Of course we will do everything we can to find a solution for any problem.

It happens and we are very sorry if something went wrong or if the product got damaged on its way to you.

When you have received a damaged product, please tell us this via the contact form on the website. This must be done within 3 days after receiving it. Once we have received your request and details of damage, we will send the necessary information for returning the product including a pdf-file which you will have to print out and send along with your article. The shipping costs in this case are for our account.
Once we have received the damaged product, you will receive a confirmation mail and we will send the new product as soon as possible to you. These shipping costs are also for our account.
You can always get your jewelry, the ones that you purchased from us, repaired by us. If the jewelry still falls within the warranty, the repairs are even free of charge. For more information about your warranty, see the terms & conditions.

If, for example, your jewelry lost a Swarovski stone or the chain of your necklace broke, you can get this quickly repaired by us for a small fee. Contact us via the contact form on the website.

Once we have received your request and details of damage, we will send the necessary information for returning the product including a pdf-file which you will have to print out and send along with your product. The shipping costs in this case are for your account.
Once we have received the damaged product, you will receive a confirmation mail and we will send the repaired product as soon as possible to you.

All our materials are of high quality. On every product page you can find which materials are used. All the materials are hypoallergenic and nickel free. Metal The materials we use are 14k gold, 14k gold filled, 16k gold plated, gold plated and Designer Quality (DQ). The stones are purchased by us from an authorized Swarovski Dealer. Gemstones The gemstones that are used by us are all of high quality. The gemstones we use are of high quality. At every product page you can find what kind of gemstones have been used. Our gemstone jewelry include rubies, emeralds, sapphires and diamonds! When you have found a jewelry piece you would like to order but you are not sure what size you have or if you fit any of the sizes shown. You can always contact us via the contact form. You will get a response within 24 hours.

We deliver every piece of jewelry in your size so that we do not have to use an extension chain or big clasps. This way your bracelet or necklace can turn around on your wrist or neck without the clasp and extension chain showing. Our clasps are very small and unobtrusive.
Are you looking for something specific but you can't find it anywhere? Does it look like are designs or do you think it fits our collections? Then you can always contact us via the contact form. Maybe we are able to make something similar to what you are looking for. You will get a response within 24 hours.
Of course! Every piece of jewelry we make will be sized to any size you want. You can always contact us via the contact form. You will get a response within 24 hours. We will make sure that your jewelry will be delivered in your size at your home. Of course this will cost nothing extra.

Exchange & Return

It may happen that you had doubts about your purchase, and that you now prefer another piece of jewelry or even prefer to return this product. Or maybe the product got damaged during a turbulent journey? Below you can read how to exchange, return or repair your product.


Exchange

Return
