It may happen that you had doubts about your purchase, and that you now prefer another piece of jewelry or even prefer to return this product. Or maybe the product got damaged during a turbulent journey? Below you can read how to exchange, return or repair your product.


Exchange

When you have changed your mind about the product you have ordered, you can exchange it after consultation with us about it. You need to let us now that you want to exchange your product within 14 days after receiving it. Please note that earrings cannot be exchanged do to hygiene rules.

If you want to exchange your product you must tell us this via the contact form on the website. Here you can immediately indicate why you want to exchange the item and the other item you want. Once we have received your request to exchange, we will send you the necessary information for returning the product including a pdf-file which you have to print out and send along with your product. The shipping costs are generally for your own account.

Once we have received the returned product, including the required pdf-file, you will receive a confirmation mail from us and your new product will be send as soon as possible.

When your product you want to exchange is more expensive than the new product you would like to receive, you will get the remaining amount within 5 working days back.

When your product you want to exchange is less expensive than the new product you would like to receive, you'll need to pay the remaining amount. Once we have received this amount, we will send your new product.


Return

You can return your order within 14 days after you have received your order. Please note that earrings cannot be exchanged do to hygiene rules.

If you want to return your item you must tell us this via the contact form on the website. Here you can immediately indicate why you want to return the item and whether we can find an appropriate solution for you.

Once we have received your return request and your reason for wanting to return the product, we will send the necessary information for returning the product including a pdf file which you will have to print out and send along with your product. The shipping costs are generally for your own account.


Damaged product

It happens and we are very sorry if something went wrong or if the product got damaged on its way to you.

When you have received a damaged product, please tell us this via the contact form on the website. This must be done within 3 days after receiving it.

Once we have received your request and details of damage, we will send the necessary information for returning the product including a pdf-file which you will have to print out and send along with your article. The shipping costs in this case are for our account.

Once we have received the damaged product, you will receive a confirmation mail and we will send the new product as soon as possible to you. These shipping costs are also for our account.
